Qualifications for Assamese Employment Exchanges Registration


Age Limit: All Indian citizens who are permanent residents of Assam and who are at least 14 years old may register their names in the State of Assam's Employment Exchange.


Domicile: Only candidates who are permanent residents of the state under the District's authority are eligible to register for one Employment Exchange.
NOC for working Candidates: Candidates who are currently working and looking for a better job must only register after presenting a "No Objection Certificate" that has been given by their employer.


How Can I Register for an Online Employment Exchange?




Applicants must apply via the Department of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship's official website if they wish to register their names in Employment Exchanges online. AADHAAR Based Verification and Non-AADHAAR Based Verification are the two main ways to register for an online job exchange.

Verification Based on AADHAAR


Candidates can use their AADHAAR Card and a permanent address in the state of Assam to apply online through the official portal for the AADHAAR Based Verification procedure. They are not required to physically visit the Employment Exchange. Candidates with an AADHAAR card can therefore take the actions listed below.

Input your full name, email address, mobile number, password, and state after clicking the "Register" button. Then, click the "Submit" button.


# Next, select the option to Apply using AADHAAR.

# Enter your login ID and OTP/password to access the portal.

# Fill out all the required fields now.

# Please scan and upload all of your educational qualifications (pass certificates and mark sheets) as a single PDF, arranged chronologically from lowest to highest level.

# His or her registered email address will get the Employment Exchange Card (X 10) following a successful application submission.

Verification Not Based on AADHAAR


To get an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, candidates without an AADHAAR card must use the Non-AADHAAR Based Verification procedure. However, in order to have their documents verified, candidates must physically visit the Employment Exchange office or offices. The Non-AADHAAR Based Verification online application procedure is described below.

# To verify the documents, go to the appropriate job exchange office.

# Adhere to the procedures and guidelines as outlined by the relevant authorities.

# The Employment Exchange Registration Certificate will be given to you at the conclusion.

Documents Needed to Register for an Online Employment Exchange

Applicants must submit a single PDF containing all of their grade reports and pass certificates. Please take note that all document copies need to be scanned and easily readable; if not, your application can be denied.

Age Proof:

Caste Certificate: Applicants who fall under the SC, ST, OBC, MOBC, or EWS categories must upload their caste certificate.

Candidates who are PWDs (persons with disabilities) must upload a disability certificate that has been issued by the appropriate authority.


Experience Certificate:
If appropriate, candidates who are currently employed may upload their experience credentials.

Candidates who are OBC, MOBC, or NCL may upload their Non-Cheamy Layer Certificate if appropriate.

The Employment Exchange Card registration fee


Employment Exchange Registration is fully a free process and candidates do not need to pay any statutory expenses to receive Employment Exchange Registration Certificate in Assam. However, you might be required to pay the following fees if you apply through PFC or CSC.


# Statutory charges: NIL
# Service charge: Rs. 30 (via PFC/CSC)
# The cost of printing (if using PFC or CSC) is Rs. 10 per page.
# Scanning fee: Rs. 5 per page (if documents are scanned in PFC/CSC).
# The convenience charge is Rs. 10.
Employee Exchange Registration Certificate Renewal

# Each registrant must renew their registration once every three years in the month specified on their registration card. # If they don't renew their registration, even after the three-month grace period has passed, their registration will be canceled and removed from the Employment Exchange's Live Register.

# Under no circumstances will a request to renew registration be granted after the grace period and due month have passed.
